Inna Kasparova has more than seven years of practical experience in financial management in different branches of Russian market.

Before joining Raifarm, she was a part of the team responsible for the Initial Public Offering of one of the largest Russian hard-discounters “Dixy”. At the same time she was responsible for the financial data analysis and auditing.

Prior to that Inna Kasparova lead multiple projects in different spheres of Business Administration such as financial analysis, sales and marketing analysis, budgeting, etc. in such companies as Airwell CIS, Equant, IPC Motors. Dr. Kasparova has gained strong expertise in project management throughout this experience combined with the knowledge she has acquired during her studies.

Kasparova has PhD degree in economics of the University of Russian Education academy. She has specialized in the investment process management of mergers and acquisitions in the conditions of Russian market.
