Marat Tulebaev has ten years of diverse managerial experience as a Deputy General Director of a mid-size private company Alcon+ in Astana, Kazakhstan before joining Raifarm. He has a deep knowledge of economic, social and political environment in Kazakhstan.

Marat Tulebaev has diploma in organic chemistry. He made his post-diploma education in Lomonosov State Academy of Fine Chemical Technology in Moscow. Then he had been working there for five years as a researcher.
