A meeting of Pharmaceutical Products Manufacturers Association of Japan (PPMAJ) took place in Tokyo on October 5, 2010.  PPMAJ is the most influential organization on Japanese pharmaceutical market; it unites over 40 largest national corporations. For the first time in the history of the association its meeting was fully devoted to the Russian pharmaceutical market and its perspectives for development.  Dr. Elena Kabaeva, Raifarm Chief Medical Officer, gave a presentation at the event on Russian pharmaceutical market and local drug registration process.
