Sales and distribution, extremely important components of the value-added chain for pharmaceuticals, lie at the core of Raifarm’s activities. S&D allow us to leverage product expertise and relationships to better serve our clients. We aggressively increase our capabilities in this area, with a high-quality warehouse close to Moscow and a growing sales force. We also have strategic partnerships with well-known, local distributors – using their networks to meet client needs.

We offer S&D services using a number of different business models. For products with highly concentrated audiences, we use internal resources. We develop potential sales leads, take orders, and handle product distribution. Our lean and efficient operations are ideal for clients, as we achieve high-quality results at low cost.

For those drugs that treat widespread ailments, and thus need to be distributed across many locations in specific countries, Raifarm works directly with its distributor partners. This leverages our economies-of-scale to the benefit of our clients. If the product might be acquired by the state, we interact with government officials and opinion leaders on all levels to ensure that the product is given consideration in various purchasing programs.

At the same time, we monitor and manage our partner distributors to ensure the widest and strongest geographical sales coverage. We also make sure that there is no competition among our various partner distributors, and that they are interested in and dedicated to selling the product. Such service requires a high degree of market understanding and excellent working relationships with our partner distributors.
