If there is significant market potential, the client should be intent on bringing the product to market as soon as possible, before competitors consolidate, and new entrants or substitutes appear. Registering the product is the first step. It is also among the most difficult. It requires considerable time, money, and management attention. By pursuing a focused registration strategy, Raifarm can facilitate the product’s quick registration, often in half the time ordinarily required. This minimizes lost sales, and saves client time and resources.

Near the end of the registration process, clients begin the process of marketing their drugs to the target audiences – whether particular opinion leaders or the general public. All our campaigns are custom designed. But all of Raifarm’s campaigns are characterized by the highest professional standards and by close interaction with clients to ensure that the right message is communicated to the right people.



 

In the sales phase, clients seek the best means to organize sales and distribution. Raifarm helps in two different ways:

1. for highly targeted audiences, we can take on these functions ourselves, and

2. for diverse audiences, Raifarm can help establish a strong distributor network and manage in an ongoing capacity to ensure performance.

Sometimes clients like to leverage our expertise by asking us other difficult questions on how to operate in emerging markets. These range from market entry questions, to portfolio management concerns, to how to create a greenfield pharmaceutical facility in Russia. We happily engage in such projects, using both internal resources and access to outside experts, in order to provide our clients with what they need, from strategic advice to operational help.

In-licensing is also of significant interest to us. We continually seek partners willing to cooperate in bringing high-potential medical products to emerging markets.
